At first they planned on adding the Decepticons for free. Or at least, that's how it was worded. Now with the addition of Optimus, however, their iTunes description specifically states the Decepticon pack will soon be made available FOR PURCHASE from within the application. I recommend avoiding this one like the plague. It's crap, basically. One problem.
