Starcraft 2 Officialy Deleayed Until 2010

Earlier today, “Starcraft 2″ joined “Bioshock 2,” “Splinter Cell: Conviction,” and “Bayonetta” (among many others) as games that won’t see release until 2010.

Citing it as a delay so that the game may release alongside Blizzard’s relaunch of their network service Battle.net, Blizzard also acknowledged that they will use the extra time to polish the game is various ways. [Continue Reading]

Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past few years the name Blizzard should ring a bell. Thanks to a little game called “World of Warcraft,” this development studio has become a household name when it comes to developing video games. And, even though times are a bit rough, the millions who plop down their hard earned cash every month towards “WoW” are helping to keep this company afloat (and seemingly untouchable by the economic downturn).  The current positions being offered by Blizzard are for a 3D Character Artist, 2D Artist and Game Designer to work out of their California studio.  Both positions look to be entry to mid level stuff, so anyone looking to break in should check em’ out! Phat Intros!: StarCraft 2

What up folks! Unit here bringing back the Phat Intros! In these posts I’ll be showing you the hottest game intros/ cinematics that you may have missed or didn’t know about. Intros for vidogames have come a long way from the days of still frames and text (which are now done for artistic reasons today). So to kick things off, I’ll start with this hot ass intro from the upcoming Blizzard strategy game StarCraft 2. The level of detail in this intro is ridiculous! From the rust, dirt and lighting it all looks insane plus the animation is of the effin’ hook! (check out the way his feet moves when pressed against the ground!…yeah i’m a nut for details!). New StarCraft 2 Screens

Blizzard has released new screens of quite possibly the most anticapated strategy game to date for the pc, StarCraft 2. Here’s a little recap straight from Blizzard of what Starcraft 2 will bring in this upcoming sequel:
