Parlor Tricks – Watch Wipeout HD through 3D Lens … Sort of.

That was perhaps the silliest title I’ve ever come up.  So we, and I’m sure several of you were, curious if someone did something silly like put the lenticular lens on the E3 floor over a camera to see what would happen.  Ahh this brings back memories of really experimenting with the gadgets given to me as presents during Christmas time.  So, below you’ll find an HD video we recorded while roaming the halls at this year’s E3 for kicks and giggles of Wipeout HD with those fancy 3D glasses infront of the camera.

Yes, we know this is pointless, but why not do it anyways just for kicks and giggles.  The video may take a little time to load and of course you don’t get that 3D Emersion effect this way (left lens missing) but just in case you’re curious what would happens if you do this, there it goes.

sigh… *facepalm* Did you guys miss school playing too much Nintendo or something? Please go and read how 3D works and why cameras CANNOT pick up 3D effects even through . You guys remind me of this contestant in:
